Received training at “Arnolfo” in Tuscany Italy after working at “nakamuraya” in Nara and an Italian restaurant in Kyoto. After returning to Tokyo, the chef worked at “Aromafresca” in Ginza and “Incant” in Hiroo, and then became the chef of L’ombra. The chef is a pursuer of offering authentic Italian regional cuisine while innovatively using ingredients from Japan.
